10.30 am Mobile presentation, Werner Sewing "City development and Architecture of Berlin before and after the Wall came down: Border City and City Borders"
14.00 pm Lunch break
16.00 pm Mobile workshops:
a) Workshop I: Prenzlauer Berg: Gentrification and Resistance, site visit, presentation and discussion with Dr. Matthias Bernt (Umwelt-Forschungszentrum Leipzig).
b) Workshop II: Spandauer Vorstadt:Between up-valuation and persistence, site visit, presentation and discussion with Karin Baumert (urban sociologist).
c) Vorort-Workshop III: Potsdamer Platz: Image Production and the non-globalized City, site visit, presentation and discussion with Prof. Dr. Ute Lehrer (SUNY Buffalo, USA).
