As of June 11th the RETREAT is closed! Sorry, no more registering for Trebnitz. The Berlin part of the meeting is still available.
The fee covers:
1. Accomodation in Berlin at a youth hostel. We booked the whole hostel, see: http://www.sunflower-hostel.de/en/english.html
The hostel is centrally located and offers easy access to public transportation. Street parking is available but it is generally a good idea not to bring your car.
Check in on Sunday is 4:00 pm, check out on Wednesday 10:00 am.
2. Breakfast is included
3. Some other meals are also included but how many exactly depends on our funding
4. The boat trip on Monday is included
5. All tours and events are free of charge
NOT included is: Transportation in Berlin. We suggest that you buy a three-day-ticket for 19 € [http://www.bvg.de/e_index.html for details]
Retreat:
All nights and meals in Trebnitz are covered by the fee, all trips are free of charge. Transportation between Berlin and Trebnitz is included, transportation between Trebnitz and Berlin is NOT included. According to the current planning state we will take care of your luggage on the way to Trebnitz, so you can enjoy the Wednesday.
Special needs:
Vegetarian meals are available, but do not count on a vegan dish once we left Berlin (arrgh, do count on vegan anyway). This is geographically speaking Eastern Europe, so vegetarian meals outside Berlin usually means the absence of meat and nothing fancy.
Child care may be available according to need.
Single rooms are neither available in Berlin nor in Trebnitz
